CEO & FOUNDER
Rachel founded BrightWork in 2024 but the foundation has been blossoming for sometime. She searched for a job in Corporate America that allowed employees to do what they do best and be compensated fairly for their experience and success. Sadly, as most of us know, this is difficult to find. After completing her academic journey through being in the education field, then psychology, and then finally an MBA in Business Leadership she realized that the job she wanted didn’t exist.
After almost 2 decades of sales and customer service experience she made the choice to build the kind of company she wanted to work for all along. At Brightwork she gets to enjoy working with local business owners of all fields and experience to help them connect with others and grow their businesses. As her network grows it is slowly encompassing more and more local businesses who are working together to build a community where small business is king and corporate is losing its grip.
