Her unique background spans elementary and special needs education, psychology, and business administration, culminating in an MBA and over 10 years of proven success in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
This diverse experience gives Rachel an uncommon ability to understand both the human and operational sides of business challenges. She specializes in strategic design and implementation, business administration, and sales optimization—but her real expertise lies in seeing the connections others miss and building networks that deliver results.

With a degree in Criminal Justice and extensive experience across all areas of law, I serve as the legal department and lead paralegal at Brightwork. I specialize in business and medical practice compliance, helping small businesses operate efficiently, ethically, and within legal boundaries.
In addition to my legal expertise, I bring hands-on practice management experience, including employee training, scheduling, and human resources. This blend of legal knowledge and operational insight allows me to support our clients with a well-rounded, practical approach to running and scaling their businesses.

I have 5 years of experience working in the IT industry, working for financial and local government institutions. My roles often involved helpdesk support and implementing cybersecurity measures to prevent unauthorized access and safeguard sensitive information.
I am skilled in developing and overseeing server infrastructure. I earned an Associates degree in Information Systems Technology, specializing in Cybersecurity from Piedmont Virginia Community College.
