The first step is meeting with Rachel to assess your business needs. Typically this is called the SWOT meeting. We go over your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats together and see where we can start the growth process. Once we assess what is needed we create a strategy and plan based on those needs and the availability within the Brightwork's network to see what assets best fit your businesses individual path to success.

Services have attached hourly fees, these correspond to the professionals who are working on your business’ direct needs and reflect their experience and availability. Each service is billed hourly and is tracked through our invoicing system (we use HoneyBook) . You may book as few or as many hours as you like. We will recommend what we think is best during your consultation but ultimately the choice is yours!

At the moment yes, however, Rachel herself is not a CPA, but she does consult with one until one is permanently hired. (UPDATE! One is Coming Soon in 1Q of 2025!)
