Rachel founded Brightwork in 2024 after spending nearly two decades building networks through sales and solving operational challenges across diverse industries during COVID. Her instinct for connecting the right expertise with the right business need—often expressed through her signature phrase “I know someone who can do that!”—evolved into a systematic approach for delivering fractional operations support to growing Central Virginia businesses.

After spending years navigating corporate America across diverse industries, Rachel discovered her true calling: building the change she wanted to see in the business world. Her unique background spans elementary and special needs education, psychology, and business administration, culminating in an MBA and over 10 years of proven success in sales, customer service, and team leadership.

This diverse experience gives Rachel an uncommon ability to understand both the human and operational sides of business challenges. She specializes in strategic design and implementation, business administration, and sales optimization—but her real expertise lies in seeing the connections others miss and building networks that deliver results.
